All KounterST8 Apparel orders are made, packed, and shipped in-house.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. During busy drop periods, processing may take a little longer.

Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is $8.00.
Orders over $70 ship free.
Express shipping is available for $15.00.

Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–5 business days after the order has shipped.
Express shipping usually arrives in 1–2 business days after the order has shipped.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Issues
KounterST8 Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on location. Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
